At Proinca we manage all the apartments we offer as if we were going to live in them, and this is reflected in the quality. We dedicate ourselves to maintaining and taking care of each of our rental apartments in Madrid in detail so that they are welcoming and comfortable for those who choose them as a home.
When you rent at Proinca, you will realize that everything is ready and set up so that your stay in Madrid will be a great experience. You can move in without worrying at all, because they are furnished and equipped with appliances. We also make an optional rental service for all of the house wares in the home that includes kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, and TV.

Our own maintenance staff takes care of the common areas, parking garages, and gardens, and they deal with any incident that may arise in our apartments.
Our own cleaning staff prepares the apartment when you arrive, and they will help you if you are interested in hiring our optional cleaning service for your apartment.
